Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is excited to release our 2024 Impact Report, highlighting our achievements in advancing clean energy solutions, promoting environmental sustainability, and supporting community-centered initiatives across Southern California. The report outlines CPA’s ongoing commitment to building more resilient communities, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, driving local economic growth, and fostering expanded access to renewable energy within local communities.
CPA has made considerable advancements in expanding our energy portfolio to meet the increasing demand for clean energy and making substantial investments in battery storage facilities to enhance power reliability and energy resilience.
The 2024 Impact Report includes updates on key initiatives and investments including CPA increasing our program budget by 30 percent to develop four new programs that help local customers save money and energy, the addition of 29,000 new 100% Green Power customers while welcoming three new cities to CPA, and leveraging our prepay bond program to deliver $45 million in annual savings on energy costs.
