CPA is now soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to become a “Pre-Qualified Provider” (PQP) for a variety of goods and services. The RFQ process is open to anyone who is qualified, and firms within Clean Power Alliance’s service territory are especially encouraged to submit their qualifications.  This RFQ will remain open until an updated RFQ is issued.

Expansion Feasibility Studies Task Order

CPA seeks proposals for a provider to conduct a preliminary CCA feasibility study that examines the potential costs and revenues should selected cities join CPA. The results of the study will inform the selection of a subset of those cities to be the subject of full feasibility assessments in Summer 2021, and a second round of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to be conducted in 2022. CPA is seeking proposals for new, in-front-of-the-meter renewable energy resources for its Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff (DAC-GT) and its Community Solar Green Tariff (CS-GT) programs. Resources must be located in eligible disadvantaged communities. Stakeholders who are not prepared to submit to the 2020 DAC-GT and CS-GT RFO, but who are interested in future RFO cycles, are encouraged to respond to a Request for Information (RFI).
