CPA is now soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to become a “Pre-Qualified Provider” (PQP) for a variety of goods and services. The RFQ process is open to anyone who is qualified, and firms within Clean Power Alliance’s service territory are especially encouraged to submit their qualifications.  This RFQ will remain open until an updated RFQ is issued.

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Electrification Energy Advisor Services Addendum No. 1

Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to implement an energy advisory services program that will provide comprehensive, customer-facing technical consulting services to CPA customers looking to electrify their residences and/or small businesses.

Expansion Feasibility Studies Task Order

CPA seeks proposals for a provider to conduct a preliminary CCA feasibility study that examines the potential costs and revenues should selected cities join CPA. The results of the study will inform the selection of a subset of those cities to be the subject of full feasibility assessments in Summer 2021, and a second round of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to be conducted in 2022.
