As part of our commitment to supporting our communities, we participate in many programs that provide our customers with resources to access clean and affordable energy.

  • With the Clean Power Alliance Power Share Program, eligible residential customers can save 20% on their electric bill each month while receiving 100% clean energy and helping to save the environment. See if you are eligible and enroll today!

  • The Arrears Management Program (AMP) is a debt forgiveness program for customers with at least $ 500 in past due electric bills and some portion of debt that is at least 90 days past due. Click below for more information and to see if you qualify.

  • The Clean Power Alliance Power Response Program gives customers with smart thermostats or battery energy storage systems financial incentives for modifying their energy equipment use during times of peak energy demand between 4-9pm on weekdays.

  • The CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program helps income eligible households pay rent and utilities, both for past due and future payments.

  • The California Alternative Rate Energy Program (CARE) reduces energy bills for eligible customers by approximately 30%. You may qualify for CARE depending on your participation in public assistance programs or your household income.

  • The Family Rate Reduction Program (FERA) reduces the electric bills of eligible households by 18%. You may qualify for FERA depending on your participation in public assistance programs or your household income.

  • If someone in your home needs medical electrical equipment, that shouldn't mean you have to pay more for their energy. The Medical Baseline Program provides additional energy to your normal basic allowance and saves you money.

  • Earn up to $ 180 off your electric bill with the Summer Discount Plan by allowing SCE to turn off your air conditioning during emergencies or periods of high electricity demand.

  • The Level Payment Plan offers eligible customers the opportunity to pay their electricity costs in equal monthly payments.
