With 3 classifications and various brand options, there are many ways to charge at home. Find out if your current charger is eligible today!
STEP 1
Visit to see if your vehicle or EV home charger meets the eligibility requirements.
STEP 2
Start the enrollment process by creating an account with ev.energy. After your account is set up, you will be prompted to download an app with our partner: ev.energy.
STEP 3
Download the ev.energy app and sign in with the account you just created, with our partner ev.energy, and input your qualified EV charger and vehicle information.
STEP 4
Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to add your vehicle, charger, and energy rate information to ensure that your EV home charging experience is personalized to you.
STEP 5
Using the app, input your vehicle ‘ready time’ and we’ll optimize your charging so it’s ready to go when you are. We also make it easy to override this feature, ensuring you are in total control of your schedule. SmartCharging sessions help you save with reduced costs during periods of low energy usage.
STEP 6
Input your Venmo or PayPal details to unlock your incentives. Automatically track your incentives and earn money for completing 5 smart charging sessions each month.
When you arrive home, simply plug in your EV or plug-in hybrid, and set a ‘ready time’ in our app. CPA will then schedule your EV to charge when energy costs are at their lowest.
By optimizing your home charging, you’ll automatically avoid overpaying for EV charging, saving you money and helping the energy grid.
