Businesses that operate in communities that transition to service with Clean Power Alliance will receive two pre-enrollment notices before transitioning to CPA, and two post-enrollment notices after transitioning to CPA.

In October 2023, the default rate for residential and non-residential customers in Alhambra and Paramount changed. In October 2023, the default rate for LA County commercial customers changed. Customers received two notices by mail with information about CPA and the options and benefits we provide.

2020 Residential and Non-Residential Enrollment Notices

Supplemental Enrollment
In December 2020, we will begin service for residential and non-residential customers who experienced a delayed enrollment in 2020 due to a SCE system issue.

Default Rate Changes

In October 2020, the default rate for both residential and non-residential customers in Malibu, Sierra Madre, and Rolling Hills Estates changed. Customers received two (2) letters or notices by mail with information about Clean Power Alliance and the options and benefits we provide.

2019 Non-Residential Enrollment Notices

We started service in May 2019 for non-residential customers in the following cities and county (excluding the 3 communities that started non-residential service in 2018): Agoura Hills, Alhambra, Arcadia, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Camarillo, Carson, Claremont, Culver City, Downey, Hawaiian Gardens, Hawthorne, Malibu, Manhattan Beach, Moorpark, Ojai, Oxnard, Paramount, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, Sierra Madre, Simi Valley, Temple City, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, unincorporated Ventura County, West Hollywood, and Whittier. Customers received 4 notices by mail with information about Clean Power Alliance and the options and benefits we provide.

Service began for municipal and commercial customers in unincorporated Los Angeles County, Rolling Hills Estates, and South Pasadena in June 2018. They received 4 notices via mail in English and Spanish advising them of enrollment in Clean Power Alliance.

Residential Customers

New customers who are recent move-ins into Clean Power Alliance’s service territory will receive two enrollment notices.

Residents who live in communities that transition to service with Clean Power Alliance will receive two pre-enrollment notices before transitioning to CPA, and two post-enrollment notices after transitioning to CPA.
