The CPA Government Affairs team recently attended the Oxnard Police Activities League’s Kids Fest at College Park to share information about the Power Share discount program for underserved communities and Time-of-Use Rates, which allow customers to save money and energy by using appliances during off peak hours.
With Power Share, local residents in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties who are income-qualified are able to receive 100% renewable energy and a 20% discount on electricity bills.
CPA will remain engaged with our local communities throughout the summer by attending a series of upcoming events, including the City of Oxnard’s “Skate Night at Downtown” event on Friday, July 15.
This event will take place from 5 – 9 p.m. at 328 South B Street in Oxnard. CPA will provide information of our numerous programs that help communities save energy and money.
Founded in 2017, Clean Power Alliance is the locally operated electricity provider for 30 cities across Los Angeles County and Ventura County, as well as the unincorporated areas of both counties. CPA is the fifth largest electricity provider in California and the single largest provider of 100% renewable energy to customers in the nation, serving approximately three million customers via one million customer accounts, providing clean renewable energy at competitive rates.
