As the authorized representative of a business/organization enrolled in 100% Green Power with Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA), I authorize Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) to disclose or release my status as 100% Green Power customer. I grant CPA permission to use and publish information and testimonials, pictures, prints, and logos of or about my business and/or organization on its website, in CPA campaigns, or in other promotional materials without limitation/for the purpose of marketing and outreach.

I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify CPA from any liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or expenses on any theory of liability resulting from any release of information pursuant to this Authorization.
