  • Accountant

    The Accountant will perform a full range of accounting duties and will be responsible for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing, performing monthly AP and AR reconciliations, and related analysis and reporting.

  • Administrative Associate

    The Administrative Associate will assist managers with routine administrative functions, including scheduling, meeting coordination and general office support, being a first point of contact with visitors and assisting with public and private events hosted at CPA offices.

  • Customer Care Specialist

    The Customer Care Specialist will liaise between customers, our billing manager/call center operator, and internal teams to improve the customer experience by handling complex inquires and improving systems to anticipate potential customer billing issues and triage before they become systematic.

  • Data and Systems Analyst

    The Data and Systems Analyst will assist with the deployment of CPA’s Data and Systems Strategic Plan, developing technology requirements for RFPs, evaluating responses and working with vendors and consultants to deploy new systems.

  • Data and Systems Manager

    The Data and Systems Manager will lead the deployment of CPA’s Data and Systems Strategic Plan, developing technology requirements for RFPs, evaluating responses and working with vendors and consultants to deploy new systems. The Data and Systems Manager will also be responsible for optimizing solutions to be as cost effective as possible and seeking new opportunities to apply information technology to CPA’s business processes which allow it to be more effective.

  • Director of Customer Programs

    The Director of Customer Programs will lead a team responsible for implementing customer programs in accordance with CPA’s Local Programs Strategic Plan. The plan includes three broad local customer program categories: resiliency and grid management, transportation and building electrification, and local energy procurement.

  • External Affairs Manager

    The External Affairs Manager will serve as liaison between CPA’s internal team and the local governments and community stakeholders in CPA’s Ventura County service territory and will be responsible for ensuring these regional leaders are informed about CPA’s operations and programs.

  • Manager of Market Risk

    The Manager of Market Risk performs the full range of professional middle office duties utilizing analytical and statistical techniques. The position is responsible for coordinating the internal and external information necessary to manage CPA’s market risk.

  • Regulatory Analyst

    The regulatory affairs team advocates for clean energy policies on behalf of CPA at various state regulatory agencies, including the California Public Utilities Commission, the California Energy Commission, and the California Independent System Operator. To further this mission, CPA is seeking a motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented team member to provide analytical, case management and other support to our regulatory affairs team.

  • 2019 Reliability Request for Offers (RFO)

    This solicitation is seeking stand-alone energy storage projects within the range of 10-100 MW of installed capacity with a 4-hour duration and with a commercial operation date (COD) no later than August 1, 2023. Priority fast-track status (expedited negotiation and contract award) will be given to projects with COD on or before August 1, 2021.     Clean Power Alliance is now soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to become a "Pre-Qualified Provider" (PQP) for a variety of goods and services. The RFQ process is open to anyone who is qualified, and firms within Clean Power Alliance's service territory are especially encouraged to submit their qualifications. This RFQ will remain open until an updated RFQ is issued.
