  • 2020 A/V Design, Installation & Post-Installation Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

    CPA is seeking qualifications from audiovisual design and implementation firms to provide design and/or engineering, build, installation, and post-installation services.   • 2020 Community Based Organization (CBO) Grant Program 

    CPA is seeking CBOs that have expertise with reaching our underserved residential and small business customers, with a focus on the communities of Alhambra, Carson, Downey, Hawaiian Gardens, Hawthorne, Oxnard, Paramount, and/or Unincorporated LA County (South LA, East LA, or Hacienda Heights). The grants offered are up to $20,000 for work condcted between April 2020 – April 2021. Applications, along with all other required attachments must be received via email by March 27th, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. PST.   • 2019 Reliability Request for Offers (RFO)

    This solicitation is seeking stand-alone energy storage projects within the range of 10-100 MW of installed capacity with a 4-hour duration and with a commercial operation date (COD) no later than August 1, 2023. Priority fast-track status (expedited negotiation and contract award) will be given to projects with COD on or before August 1, 2021.   • 2019 Clean Energy Request for Offers (RFO)

    This solicitation is seeking clean energy power purchase agreements (PPAs).   • Request for Qualifications

    Clean Power Alliance is now soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to become a "Pre-Qualified Provider" (PQP) for a variety of goods and services. The RFQ process is open to anyone who is qualified, and firms within Clean Power Alliance's service territory are especially encouraged to submit their qualifications. This RFQ will remain open until an updated RFQ is issued.
