  • Accounting Manager

    The Accounting Manager will perform the key accounting functions including month-end close process, balance sheet account reconciliations, annual financial audit and ad-hoc accounting projects.

  • Associate, Customer Care

    The Associate, Customer Care will liaise between customers, our billing manager/call center operator, and internal teams to improve the customer experience by handling complex inquires and improving systems to anticipate potential customer billing issues and triage before they become systematic. Our ideal candidate would be comfortable moving from internal analysis to external customer interaction on a daily basis.

  • Customer Programs Associate

    The Customer Programs Associate will facilitate education, outreach, and recruitment activities in CPA’s Disadvantaged Community Green Tariff (DAC-GT) and Community Solar Green Tariff (CSGT) programs, collectively called Power Share, distributed energy and demand response programs, Power Ready and Power Response, and tracking internal and external deliverables related to their implementation and administration. Additional duties will include support on transportation and building electrification programs as they develop. The Customer Programs Associate will serve as a liaison between customers, external stakeholders and internal teams, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable moving from internal analysis to external customer interaction.

  • Director, Technology, Data, and Systems

    The Director, Technology, Data, and Systems will be responsible for providing quality leadership and oversight of data integrity, data analytics, and electronic data systems used in support of CPA’s operations. This position will have the overall responsibility to develop, implement, and sustain data integrity, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and external regulations, as well as responsibility for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes.

  • Energy Market Risk Analyst

    The Energy Market Risk Analyst will support CPA’s middle office risk management activities utilizing analytical and statistical techniques. The position is responsible for preparing and monitoring internal and external information necessary to manage CPA’s market risk and will work closely with the Risk Management team, the energy procurement, and finance divisions.

  • Office Manager

    The Office Manager will develop and maintain high standards for CPA’s headquarters and ensure an efficient working environment for our team and positive image for our brand. The Office Manager will organize office operations and procedures, establish and administer company policies and practices, and provide general office support to ensure smooth operations of the office.

  • Project Manager, Settlements

    The Project Manager, Settlements will oversee settlement processing, validation, and allocation of costs and revenues derived from transactions of wholesale energy, carbon free energy, renewable energy credits, and capacity products conducted through bilateral agreements and the organized California Independent System Operator (CAISO) bulk electric market. The team member will focus on developing and implementing settlements processes and controls to support the management of CPA’s portfolio of power supply resources, which includes over 2,000 MW of new solar, wind, and battery storage assets.

  • Project Manager, Data and Systems

    The Project Manager, Data and Systems will manage all aspects of high-value networking projects, as well as having a hands-on role in the planning, designing, and execution of those projects. This position is responsible for coordinating the assignments, providing regular updates to all stakeholders and monitoring progress against the work plan to assure that objectives are met. The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective leadership skills with an ability to manage non-direct reports within a technical environment and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading each to a successful and timely completion.

  • Task Order for Public Affairs/Public Relations Support

    Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is seeking proposals for a provider to give on-call External Affairs support services, including public relations or brand support services, for various projects or programs at the direction of CPA staff, as revised from time to time. CPA was accepting written questions regarding this task order until June 8, 2021. The deadline for bidder proposals to this task order is Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. PST.

  • Request for Qualifications

    CPA is now soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to become a "Pre-Qualified Provider" (PQP) for a variety of goods and services. The RFQ process is open to anyone who is qualified, and firms within Clean Power Alliance's service territory are especially encouraged to submit their qualifications. This RFQ will remain open until an updated RFQ is issued.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP) for Printing and Mailing Services Addendum #1

    Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide printing and mailing services for CPA. CPA intends to award either a contract to one Proposer for both printing and mailing or a contract to two Proposers for printing and mailing services separately.   • Cost of Service Ratemaking Study Task Order

    CPA is seeking a provider to conduct a study that will inform a potential change to the CPA rate setting approach. CPA is planning to conduct this study to: 1) better understand the current landscape of Cost-of-Service rate setting; 2) review potential cost-of-service based rate setting approaches, and; 3) decide whether it will continue to fundamentally follow SCE rate design or deviate significantly in future years. CPA was accepting written questions until April 15, 2021. CPA’s responses to the written questions can be found here. To be eligible for this Addendum, you must have already submitted a response to CPA on April 30 to the original Task Order. The deadline for Task #3 proposals is Monday, May 17 at 4:00 p.m. PST.

  • Digital Marketing, Website, and Social Media Support Services RFP

    CPA is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide digital marketing, website, and social media support services as well as design services to support its day-to-day operations in support of the CPA brand as well as specific agency programs and initiatives.   • Request for Proposals (RFP) for Demand Response Program Implementer

    CPA is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced individuals or firms to market, implement, and scale a comprehensive Distributed Energy Resources (DER) based demand response program.   • Expansion Feasibility Studies Task Order

    CPA seeks proposals for a provider to conduct a preliminary CCA feasibility study that examines the potential costs and revenues should selected cities join CPA. The results of the study will inform the selection of a subset of those cities to be the subject of full feasibility assessments in Summer 2021, and a second round of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to be conducted in 2022. CPA was accepting written questions until April 13 at 4:00 p.m. PST. CPA’s responses to the written questions can be found here. An addendum to the Task Order was issued on Friday, April 16, 2021.   • 2020 DAC-GT and CS-GT Request for Offers (RFO)

    CPA is seeking proposals for new, in-front-of-the-meter renewable energy resources for its Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff (DAC-GT) and its Community Solar Green Tariff (CS-GT) programs. Resources must be located in eligible disadvantaged communities. Stakeholders who are not prepared to submit to the 2020 DAC-GT and CS-GT RFO, but who are interested in future RFO cycles, are encouraged to respond to a Request for Information (RFI).
