Data and Systems Manager
The Data and Systems Manager will lead the deployment of CPA’s Data and Systems Strategic Plan, developing technology requirements for RFPs, evaluating responses and working with vendors and consultants to deploy new systems. The Data and Systems Manager will also be responsible for optimizing solutions to be as cost effective as possible and seeking new opportunities to apply information technology to CPA’s business processes which allow it to be more effective.
External Affairs Manager
The External Affairs Manager will serve as liaison between CPA’s internal team and the local governments and community stakeholders in CPA’s Ventura County service territory and will be responsible for ensuring these regional leaders are informed about CPA’s operations and programs.
Request for Proposals (RFP) for Production Cost Modeling Software & As-Needed Services
Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide a Production Cost Modeling Software solution; to develop and integrate the software solution into CPA’s power resource procurement strategy within the framework of its Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) with the support of CPA; to support the development of resource plans; and to provide as‐needed services such as training and customer service support. Task Order for Long-Term RFO Support Services for CPA’s 2020 Clean Energy RFO
CPA is seeking proposals to support its 2020 solicitation for long-term clean energy contracts, including solicitation design, RFO administration, and offer evaluation and selection. Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Consulting Engineer for Site Inventory & Assessment and As-Needed Solicitation Support

2019 Reliability Request for Offers (RFO)
This solicitation is seeking stand-alone energy storage projects within the range of 10-100 MW of installed capacity with a 4-hour duration and with a commercial operation date (COD) no later than August 1, 2023. Clean Power Alliance is now soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to become a "Pre-Qualified Provider" (PQP) for a variety of goods and services. The RFQ process is open to anyone who is qualified, and firms within Clean Power Alliance's service territory are especially encouraged to submit their qualifications. This RFQ will remain open until an updated RFQ is issued.
