  • 2020 Community Based Organization (CBO) Grant Program 

    CPA is seeking support from organizations that have expertise in community outreach and communications to underserved residents or small businesses in Los Angeles or Ventura counties to assist us in engaging with our hard to reach customers and provide education on the benefits of clean energy and financial incentives through customer programs. The grants offered are up to $20,000 for work conducted between March 2020 – March 2021. Applications must be received via email by January 31, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. PST. Questions about the CBO Grant must be submitted via email by January 20, 2020 to amannos@cleanpoweralliance.org. Responses will be posted on this webpage on January 24, 2020.   • 2019 Data and Systems Strategic Plan Request for Proposals (RFP)

    CPA is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to support CPA in identifying and inventorying CPA’s business processes and requirements for data and systems (i.e., ‘current state’) and defining outcomes and benefits (i.e., ‘future state’) within multiple Functional Areas.   • 2019 Reliability Request for Offers (RFO)

    This solicitation is seeking stand-alone energy storage projects within the range of 10-100 MW of installed capacity with a 4-hour duration and with a commercial operation date (COD) no later than August 1, 2023. Priority fast-track status (expedited negotiation and contract award) will be given to projects with COD on or before August 1, 2021.   • 2019 Clean Energy Request for Offers (RFO)

    This solicitation is seeking clean energy power purchase agreements (PPAs).   • Request for Qualifications

    Clean Power Alliance is now soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to become a "Pre-Qualified Provider" (PQP) for a variety of goods and services. The RFQ process is open to anyone who is qualified, and firms within Clean Power Alliance's service territory are especially encouraged to submit their qualifications. This RFQ will remain open until an updated RFQ is issued.
