  • Accounting Manager

    The Accounting Manager will perform the key accounting functions including month-end close process, balance sheet account reconciliations, annual financial audit and ad-hoc accounting projects.

  • Electrification Program Manager

    The Electrification Program Manager will be responsible for implementing CPA’s Building and Transportation Electrification programs. This is a challenging opportunity to play a key role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions through the building and transportation sectors.

  • Office Manager

    The Office Manager will develop and maintain high standards for CPA’s headquarters and ensure an efficient working environment for our team and positive image for our brand. The Office Manager will organize office operations and procedures, establish and administer company policies and practices, and provide general office support to ensure smooth operations of the office.

  • Procurement Administrator

    The Procurement Administrator will manage CPA’s procurement of goods and services to support a wide variety of business needs for a growing organization. The team member will focus on implementing systems and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement as we advance clean energy goals in a way that adheres to the local priorities of our member agencies.

  • Resource Optimization Project Manager

    The Resource Optimization Project Manager will oversee daily performance of CPA’s portfolio of power supply resources, which includes over 2,000 MW of new solar, wind, and battery storage assets. The team member will focus on the management of these new assets by providing analytical, strategic, and other support to our growing power procurement team, as we advance clean energy goals in a way that adheres to the local priorities of our member agencies.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP) for Demand Response Program Implementer

    Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced individuals or firms to market, implement, and scale a comprehensive Distributed Energy Resources (DER) based demand response program. CPA will host a bidder webinar for this task order on Monday, April 19, 2021. Information on how to access the webinar can be found in the RFP document. CPA is accepting written questions until Friday, April 23, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. PST and will post responses here by Tuesday, April 27, 2021. RFP proposals are due by Friday, May 7, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. PST.

  • Cost of Service Ratemaking Study Task Order

    CPA is seeking a provider to conduct a study that will inform a potential change to the CPA rate setting approach. CPA is planning to conduct this study to: 1) better understand the current landscape of Cost-of-Service rate setting; 2) review potential cost-of-service based rate setting approaches, and; 3) decide whether it will continue to fundamentally follow SCE rate design or deviate significantly in future years. CPA is accepting written questions until Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. PST. Task Order Proposals are due by Friday, April 30 at 4:00 p.m. PST.

  • Expansion Feasibility Studies Task Order

    CPA seeks proposals for a provider to conduct a preliminary CCA feasibility study that examines the potential costs and revenues should selected cities join CPA. The results of the study will inform the selection of a subset of those cities to be the subject of full feasibility assessments in Summer 2021, and a second round of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to be conducted in 2022. CPA will accept written questions on this Task Order until Tuesday, April 13 at 4:00 p.m. PST, and responses to those questions will be posted by Friday, April 16 at 5:00 p.m. PST. Task Order proposals are due by Tuesday, April 20 at 5:00 p.m. PST.

  • Digital Marketing, Website and Social Media Services and As-Needed External Affairs Services RFP

    CPA is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide digital marketing, website and social media support services as well as as-needed External Affairs marketing, communications, research, and design services to support its day-to-day operations in support of the CPA brand as well as specific agency programs and initiatives. CPA was accepting written questions to this RFP until March 12, 2021. CPA's responses to bidder questions can be found HERE. RFP proposals are due by Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. PST.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP) for A Residential Time-of-Use (TOU) Assistive Technology Provider

    CPA is seeking proposals from one or more qualified and experienced technology providers to participate in a customer pilot program that is planned to launch in June 2021. This pilot will test the ability of assistive technology to help residential customers migrating to time-of-use (TOU) rates successfully reduce their consumption in response to summer on-peak pricing (TOU Pilot Program).   • Residential Time-of-Use (TOU) Assistive Technology Pilot and Study Task Order

    CPA is seeking proposals for a provider to design and study a pilot program that will evaluate the ability of assistive technology to help residential customers migrating to Time-of-use (TOU) rates successfully reduce their consumption in response to summer on-peak pricing (TOU Pilot Program).   • 2020 DAC-GT and CS-GT Request for Offers (RFO)

    CPA is seeking proposals for new, in-front-of-the-meter renewable energy resources for its Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff (DAC-GT) and its Community Solar Green Tariff (CS-GT) programs. Resources must be located in eligible disadvantaged communities. Stakeholders who are not prepared to submit to the 2020 DAC-GT and CS-GT RFO, but who are interested in future RFO cycles, are encouraged to respond to a Request for Information (RFI).   • Task Order for Long-Term RFO Support Services for CPA’s 2020 Clean Energy RFO

    CPA is seeking proposals to support its 2020 solicitation for long-term clean energy contracts, including solicitation design, RFO administration, and offer evaluation and selection.     Clean Power Alliance is now soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to become a "Pre-Qualified Provider" (PQP) for a variety of goods and services. The RFQ process is open to anyone who is qualified, and firms within Clean Power Alliance's service territory are especially encouraged to submit their qualifications. This RFQ will remain open until an updated RFQ is issued.
