2025 Power Share Program Request for Offers
On June 21, 2018, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) approved (“D.”)18-06-027 Alternate Decision Adopting Alternatives to Promote Solar Distributed Generation in Disadvantaged Communities adopting two new programs to promote the installation of renewable generation among residential customers in disadvantaged communities (DACs) – the Power Share DAC Green Tariff (DAC-GT) and Community Solar Green Tariff (CSGT) programs.
Clean Power Alliance is now soliciting offers for renewable energy to fill its eligible program capacity allocation under the Power Share DAC Green Tariff (DAC-GT) program. This RFO is the fourth of CPA’s Power Share DAC Green Tariff (DAC-GT) program RFOs.
Bid submissions are due August 1, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. PST.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The Power Share DAC Green Tariff (DAC-GT) program has unique eligibility requirements, as summarized below. Please refer to the RFO Protocol for a full description of project eligibility.
Power Share DAC Green Tariff (DAC-GT) projects eligibility:
1. Must be located within or no more than 5 miles from an eligible DAC, within Southern California Edison’s (SCE) service territory.
2. Projects must be new Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS)-eligible, in-front-of-the-meter generating facilities with a nameplate capacity between 500 kW and 11 MW.
3. Projects must have an online date no later than December 31, 2028.
Clean Power Alliance is seeking to contract the output of resources under a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). with pricing provided at the project Pnode. Projects will be evaluated on a combination of quantitative and qualitative factors that include economic value, development risk, workforce development, environmental stewardship, benefits to DACs, and project location.
The Clean Power Alliance Clean Energy RFO Evaluation Tool is available for use by bidders inthe 2025 Power Share DAC Green Tariff (DAC-GT) RFO.
For Power Share DAC Green Tariff (DAC-GT) bidders. the Clean Energy RFO Evaluation Tool may be used to determine if your project footprint meets eligibility criteria (located in or within 5 miles of a DAC within SCE’s service territory, as described in Section 2b).
