Clean Power Alliance (CPA) has had a successful year in advancing renewable energy projects and programs that address the impacts of climate change, bolster resiliency, provide communities with local renewable energy choices and serve diverse customer needs.
Accomplishments achieved throughout the year were possible through the contributions and dedication of our local renewable energy partners, engaged leaders on our Board of Directors and Community Advisory Committee, our highly determined staff, and the communities in Los Angeles and Ventura counties we serve and call home.
We added non-weather dependent geothermal energy as well as new solar and solar + storage energy facilities to our portfolio to boost grid resiliency, increasing the reliability of power supplies to customers. We also had eight more communities select 100% renewable energy as their preferred energy option and three new communities joined the CPA family.

Our investments in energy storage facilities created over 2,500 construction jobs and generated over $1 billion in capital investments.
As we look back on 2022, we highlight a few of the accomplishments that reflect how CPA continues to pursue the vision of using “Power for Good.”
We look forward to 2023 and partnering with our communities and stakeholders to advance sustainable energy solutions in Southern California.
Thank you to each of our customers who participate in making Southern California cleaner, greener and more sustainable. We are proud to lead the nation in serving the most customers with 100% renewable energy.
